Use of Services

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to use our labs and training materials for educational purposes only
• You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or misuse our lab environments beyond the scope of training
• You will not share your account or lab access with unauthorized users

Lab Access & Usage

Our cybersecurity labs are provided for educational and training purposes. When using our labs:

• Lab sessions are time-limited based on your subscription plan
• Any malicious activity or attempts to compromise our infrastructure is strictly prohibited
• Lab environments are reset periodically and data may not be preserved
• We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these terms

Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice
• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

Intellectual Property

All content, including training materials, lab configurations, documentation, and branding, is the property of Techclick Infosec Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Techclick Infosec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
